DVDW Lawyers has rapidly grown into one of the top 25 law firms in the Netherlands, with offices in Rotterdam and The Hague. In the first quarter of 2019, DVDW’s The Hague office relocated to the multi-tenant building De Monarch, situated in the Beatrixkwartier business district of The Hague.

Designed by MVSA Architects, De Monarch rises 72 metres and meets the highest standards for sustainable construction, achieving a BREEAM Excellent certification. Casper Schwarz Architects designed a fully bespoke interior for the building’s 8th and 9th floors. To improve connectivity between these levels, a new internal spiral staircase was designed and installed, creating a seamless link between the two floors.
