Ultimately, it comes down to one question.
Every project brings together different interests. Each party is responsible for a part of the whole and views the project from that perspective. That is only natural.
So do we. But whenever we make decisions, we keep asking ourselves the same question:
What is best for the project? It sounds simple, but it defines the way we work.
It means sharing knowledge when it helps. Taking responsibility for our contribution to the outcome. Communicating directly when speed or clarity is needed. And sometimes doing just that little bit extra that was never asked for, but is necessary.
